Bhanuvara League LLP, operating Out of Office, is responsible for the enquiry information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you send an event brief, we collect the company, name and role, email address, WhatsApp number, approximate headcount, timeframe, city, sports and the event preferences you choose to provide.
We also keep basic submission and delivery information needed to receive the brief reliably, prevent abuse and follow up on the enquiry.
How we use it
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, understand and plan the requested event, prepare the next conversation or proposal, send an enquiry confirmation and maintain a working record of the relationship.
We do not sell enquiry information.
Who can access it
Access is limited to the founders and authorised event-operations personnel who need the information to respond to or deliver the work.
We use Vercel to host the website, Google Workspace and Google Sheets to store and manage enquiries, and Resend to send enquiry emails. These service providers process information only as part of providing those services to us.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry information for 12 months after the last interaction, then delete it unless it is connected to an active contract or must be kept for legal or accounting requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your enquiry information, or ask us to stop contacting you about it. Some information may need to be retained where an active contract or legal or accounting requirement applies.
Security and updates
We use access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to this enquiry service. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we will update this notice when our handling practices materially change.
