01 — What we are

Out of Office is a corporate sports event company in Bengaluru. We design and run employee sports events end to end: the format, the venue, the crew, the referees, the food, the kit, the photos and the live scoring. Your people team picks a date and sends one invite. We do the rest.

Most companies don't have an engagement problem. They have an execution problem. Nobody struggles to come up with the idea of a sports day. What breaks it is eleven vendors, a venue that double-books, a referee who doesn't show, and someone in HR spending three weeks on WhatsApp instead of their actual job. That's the gap we sit in.

So we took the whole thing off the table. One team, one contract, one number, one person to call: that's Out of Office.

Our purpose

Every event we run is an argument against sitting still.

Out of Office exists to get colleagues playing together again. Almost everyone stopped playing at some point. School ended, or college did, or a job started and Sunday games turned into Sunday catch-up sleep. Nobody decided to quit. It just happened, quietly, and the fitness and the friendships went with it.

We're not up against other event agencies or whichever vendor HR used last year. We're up against the chair, the commute, and the very reasonable belief that you're not an athlete anymore. We think you still are. You just haven't been given a fixture to show up to.

02 — Where we came from

SAME GAMES.A BIGGER PURPOSE.

Out of Office was founded by Chiranjeev, Arthur, Abhinav and Vihaan, the four partners behind Bhanuvara League, Bengaluru's grassroots sports league. Bhanuvara League started in 2025 to fix the city's disorganised amateur football scene.

Chiranjeev and Arthur were tired of turning up to games with no fixtures, no referee and no idea who had won, so they ran their own league instead, with a proper structure and actual standards. Abhinav and Vihaan joined, three more sports followed, and the whole thing became Bhanuvara League: football, cricket, badminton and esports, every weekend, across Bengaluru.

It was a short step from running these fixtures for ourselves to building the same thing for the companies around us: same standards, same crew, built for a Monday instead of a Sunday. Out of Office is that, run by the same people, held to the same standard.

03 — The founders

THE PEOPLE
BEHIND OOO.

Out of Office is run by its four founding partners: Chiranjeev (CEO), Arthur (CFO & COO), Abhinav (CMO) and Vihaan (CSO, Chief Sales Officer). There is no account manager layer. The person on your first call is a partner, and stays on the deal through event day.

Runs discovery and closing. If you're talking to us, you're talking to him first.

ARTHUR— CFO & COO

Owns the ground: venue, crew, fixtures, and everything that has to work on the day. Handles numbers, contracts and invoicing. No surprises on your side.

ABHINAV— CMO

Builds the plan you get walked through, and the recap your team shares afterward.

VIHAAN— CSO

Works on partnerships and growth direction.
